Housing Together was established in June 2018 by a group of like-minded professionals to bring together private investors and Local Authorities to help solve the Social Housing crisis under the umbrella of the Government’s Long-Term Lease Scheme for social housing. In the past 12 months we have placed in excess of €20 million.

Our Vision…

To make private investor funds available to increase the supply of Social Housing in Ireland through the provision of high-quality houses and apartments. These properties are then leased to the Local Authority (under the Long-Term Lease Scheme) to help reduce the social housing deficit whilst also providing secure income and stable long-term returns to our investors. Our aim is to become the largest provider of Social Housing homes to Government under the Long-Term Lease Scheme.

Our emphasis is on collaboration and through partnerships with Local Authorities, Estate Agents, Private Investors, Investment Advisers, Qualifying Fund Managers & Pensioneer Trustees our team of professionals identify, finance and acquire quality residential units for lease to Local Authorities. Our panel of estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and contractors ensures a smooth and cost-effective pathway to finalising the lease agreement for our clients.

Enda LuddyStrategy and Leadership
Enda Luddy is the former Managing Director of CBRE Ireland from 2012-2018. Having worked at a senior level with CBRE for over 20 years. CBRE Ireland employs over 700 people in Ireland providing professional property services primarily to the commercial property market .
Prior to CBRE Enda worked in JLL for 10 years specialising in advisory work for Pension/Regulated Funds with commercial property portfolios.
Enda is a qualified surveyor and fellow of the SCS . He graduated in 1986 with a Diploma in Property Economics before being awarded a BSc from Trinity college .
He is also a member of the Infrastructure committee of the British and Ireland Chamber of Commerce.
Niamh O’LearyProperty Consultant and Licensed Auctioneer
Niamh launched her career when she founded a successful D.N.G Auctioneering business. She later went on to become the Leinster Adjudicator for the Private Residential Tenancy Board, providing a proven record of successful dispute resolution in the industry. It is with the benefit of twenty years practical experience in the Housing sector and the constantly changing area of property sales and acquisitions that has given Niamh a sound understanding of property economics and related legislation.
Vivienne McSwigganBusiness Development Manager
Vivienne is a Fellow of the Life Assurance Association of Ireland (FLIA) and a graduate of the College of Marketing and Design . She has extensive experience of Financial Services and has held roles in ICS Building Society, Norwich Union, New Ireland and Doyle Pension & Insurance Management. Vivienne’s previous business development roles have always been underpinned with a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business strategy and marketplace. A highly skilled communicator, Vivienne provides expert advice and a comprehensive understanding of the Governments Long Term Lease Scheme for Social Housing.
Conor O’Shea Business Development Manager
Conor is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and a Specialist Investment Adviser (SIA). With over 30 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, Conor brings extensive experience from the Financial Services, Investment and Pensions sector. He has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from University College Dublin (UCD) and is a Fellow of the Life Assurance Association (FLIA).

Prior to joining Housing Together, Conor worked as a Business Development Manager with Friends First, Canada Life and Allianz. Conor is committed to supporting the Financial Services and Pensions Broker market by providing product support and delivery of excellent customer service.

Aoife SheehyConveyancing Solicitor Clark Hill
Aoife is a property solicitor with expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing.
She provides specialist advice to clients in respect of the purchase of residential properties and guides them through the Long-Term Lease Scheme with the Local Authorities.
Aoife graduated from University College Cork in 2010 with a Bachelor of Law Degree and an LLM in Criminal Justice. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2016.
